Pricing

Every number we charge is on this page.

Web design has a reputation for “let's get on a call and scope it out.” We'd rather just tell you. Every site starts at the same $500, and there are no exceptions to that — not for bigger businesses, not for busier months.

$100/mo

Added to the $500 site. The part that keeps it from going stale.

  • 5 minor updates a month
  • 1 major update a month
  • You ask us; you don't file a ticket
  • Cancel any month, no notice
  • The site stays yours either way

Bigger than that

Quoted

Anything past a major update gets its own number, given to you in writing before any work starts.

  • Booking and scheduling systems
  • Integrations with what you already run
  • Business automation
  • Multi-location or multi-service builds
  • Still starts from the $500 base

Changes and extras

What things cost after you're live.

If you're not on the monthly plan, this is the whole rate card. If you are, the first two rows are already covered by it.

A specific text edit A wrong number, a changed price, a typo. Once, whenever you need it. Free
A minor update A simple adjustment: swap a photo, move or remove a section, update a form, set up a new email address, add a testimonial. In the plan
A major update A whole new section, a new form, redesigning a component, or a new feature such as online booking. In the plan
A new section or feature, off-plan The same work, priced one-off if you're not on the monthly plan. Where it lands in the range depends on scope, and you get the number first. $100–$500
Integrations and automations Connecting the site to systems you already use, or automating something you currently do by hand. Always its own quote, never bundled into the above. Quoted
Fine print, in plain words

Things worth being clear about.

Is $500 really the price for everyone?

Yes. It's the base for every website we build, with no exceptions. A bigger business doesn't pay more for the same site. What changes the total is extra work you actually ask for, and that's priced from the card above.

What counts as minor versus major?

Minor is a text edit or a simple adjustment — moving a section, removing one, updating a form, creating a new email address, adding a testimonial.

Major is adding a new section, adding a new form, redesigning a component, or adding a new feature like booking.

If something sits on the line, we'll call it minor. We're not going to spend your month arguing about a category.

What happens to unused updates?

They don't roll over. The plan is priced for a normal month, not as a bank of hours — most months you'll use one or two, and the months you need all six are the reason it's worth having.

Are there setup fees, hosting fees, or anything recurring in the $500?

No setup fee and no fee from us to keep the site online. What you will still pay, to whoever you use rather than to us, is your domain registration and your hosting — the same two bills you have today. If you'd rather we handled hosting, ask and we'll go through the options with you.

What if I want to stop the monthly plan?

Tell us and it stops at the end of that month. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee, and the site stays yours and stays online. You can pick the plan back up later if you want it.

Next

Nothing here is negotiable, which makes this a short conversation.

Which is the point. Call and ask us anything, or send your current site over and we'll tell you what we'd change.
